Historical Building Inspections
Historical building inspections have been a consistent part of Ken's inspection experience, having inspected many registered historical landmark structures, including small and large homes as well as historical buildings, the oldest dating from the 1860's, most in Austin but others in Georgetown and other small towns. The depth and breadth of Ken's experience is invaluable to a buyer of an historical building due to the many unique challenges these buildings can present. For several examples of historical buildings we have inspected, visit "Historical Inspections" page at the navigation at the left.
MultiFamily Inspections
Experience means a lot when you are selecting a multifamily building inspector. Given the complexity and sheer volume of the structural and mechanical elements in a multifamily apartment or condo building, the inspector must be able to quickly and reliably target the areas that need the most attention, allowing the investor to calculate his near, mid and long-term costs. Many times, issues like mold, asbestos and carbon monoxide threats are of the utmost importance to the investor as he conducts his due diligence for a particular building. Not all inspectors are equiped to identify these and other hazards.
Commercial Inspections
We have provided professional pre-purchase inspection reports for a wide range of commercial buildings, ranging from central business district offices to 45,000 square foot warehouse buildings. We approach each building to meet the needs of the buyer with our Flexible Team Approach. In this approach, we will combine the professional expertise as needed such independent contractors for elevators, septic, heating and air conditioning, master electricians, etc. This allows us to provide timely, efficient and cost-competitive services to meet the unique needs of our customers.
