The Wood Destroying Insect Report, or "Termite Report", it is an inspection for termites, carpenter ants and other wood destroying insects.
Your lender sometimes requires one. Termites are everywhere and most houses have termites sooner or later, you may wish to have the Termite inspection for your own piece of mind. You can always have a Termite inspection after you own the property.
